a rich relational life isn't something you passively discover. it's something you
consciously, playfully, courageously participate in creating.

It can feel extravagant to invest in your relationships.

We’re taught to spend money improving our houses, our careers, our bodies, our businesses. But friendship? Dating? Community? Love? We’re mostly expected to hope the right people somehow wander into our lives. I don’t think the most important relationships of our lives should be left entirely to chance.

The people around you change you.

They reflect you back to yourself. They introduce you to ideas, experiences, places—and other humans—you may never have encountered without them. They become friends, collaborators, lovers, neighbors, chosen family, inspirations and matchmakers.

YOU MIGHT FEEL AT HOME HERE IF...

You have a hunch there could be more—even if your life is already pretty damn good.

You want more connection, more people, more possibility, more aliveness—or maybe you don't quite know what you want yet. You just know you're ready for something to move.

You're curious about people. You care about being a good human.

You want to participate more in your own life, even if you've gotten pretty comfortable sitting on the sidelines.

You want to be known—not just perceived.

You'd like to get better at making the invitation, sending the text, going to the thing + risking the occasional awkward beginning.

You want relationships that feel reciprocal, generous + alive.

You're interested in becoming a better friend, date, partner, neighbor + human—not just finding better ones.

You're willing to get curious about your patterns + try something different.

You're open to being surprised by other humans.

Maybe you want more dinners around tables, names in your phone, people to call, places to go + humans who know what's actually happening in your life.

You don't need to be fearless.

You don't need to be wildly social.

You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for.

You just need enough curiosity to begin + enough willingness to try.

We'll practice the rest together.

LOVE REQUIRES PARTICIPATION

Some days, we spend more time consuming other people's lives than participating in our own.

We're connected, but not always known.

We want deeper friendships, bigger lives, more love—and we live in a world that makes retreat incredibly easy.

In Good Company exists to make courage a little easier.

The courage to show up.
To make the first move.
To invite people over.
To meet someone new.
To be seen.
To tell the truth.
To risk an awkward beginning.
To try something different.

Because the relationships that change our lives rarely appear fully formed.

They start with an invitation.

A conversation.

A stranger who becomes familiar.

A friend who introduces you to another friend.

A dinner you almost didn't attend.

A yes.

We create more opportunities for those things to happen.

Through gatherings, experiments, coaching, photographs, introductions + shared experiences, we create spaces for humans to know each other, be known + see what becomes possible from there.

We can't manufacture chemistry.

We can't promise who you'll meet.

We don't know where any particular relationship will go.

But we can create a hell of a lot more possibility.

Because love isn't something we're meant to sit around hoping happens to us.

LOVE ISN'T LUCK.

It's something we make room for.
Something we practice.
Something we help create.

Curiosity gets us started.
Participation changes things.
Courage brings us closer.

  • In just one hour, Rachel connected with me in a way I didn’t know was possible. As a young introverted man with limited dating experience, she helped me see the value of support, confidence, and even the power of affirmations. I don’t often seek help, but I don’t recall a moment in my life where I felt so moved by someone I barely knew.

  • The quality of dates was better than any I’d gone on before working with Rachel — and that’s because of her matchmaking skills and her ability to vet people much better than a short online profile. Every single date left me more energized.

    —Dan

  • Not only was connection possible but it was prioritized. You show up to the space knowing that it was been ordained with best case outcomes.

  • Talking about my personal life, and what I wanted it to be (and not be), felt easy and natural. Rachel was encouraging yet realistic—no upsell, no hype—just genuine enthusiasm and fresh thinking.

    -Mike

  • Dating Differently and working with Rachel shifted my entire perspective on dating. The process challenged me in a good way, helped me reconnect with myself, and showed me that love is truly possible for me. I’m now dating someone exclusively and approaching relationships with more clarity, confidence, and intention. I’m so grateful for the door Rachel helped open in my life.

LOVE ISN'T LUCK

Let's audit your surface area for luck.

You want love.

But how many opportunities does your actual life create for it to find you?

Who are you meeting?
Where are you going?
Who knows you're looking?
What rooms are you in?
What invitations are you saying yes to—or making yourself?
Where are you participating, and where are you waiting?

Bring me your dating life.

We'll look at the whole ecosystem around it: your people, places, patterns, apps, habits + opportunities.

We'll notice what’s working, where you might be stuck + possibilities you might be too close to see.

Then we'll choose one experiment to increase your surface area for luck.

Maybe we change who you're meeting.
Where you're meeting them.
How you're using the apps.
Who in your orbit knows what you want.
Or how you're showing up when possibility appears.

You don't need a 47-step dating strategy.

You need something worth trying.

Try something. Gather data. See what happens.

LOVE ISN'T LUCK.

But we can create a hell of a lot more opportunities for it to happen.

Humans are portals.

When you change the humans you have access to, you change what becomes possible.

That’s the work I care about.

Not manufacturing chemistry. Not promising you a best friend or partner by Tuesday. Not collecting hundreds of people in a room and calling it community.

I create conditions.

More proximity. More repetition. More shared experiences. More honest conversations. More opportunities to practice being the kind of human who can create, recognize and sustain the relationships you say you want.

Because your relational life isn’t only about whether you find “your person.”

It shapes who gets invited to dinner. Who you call when life falls apart. Who celebrates with you. Who challenges you. Who introduces you to someone you never would have met. Who helps raise your kids. Who sits beside you at the hospital. Who makes an ordinary Tuesday feel like a life you’re glad to be living.

So yes. I think investing in a life rich with love + community is worth it.

Maybe especially because no one can guarantee exactly what will come from it.

That’s the trust fall.

Come participate.

x, Rachel
