These Terms & Conditions explain how our website and services work, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return.
By using our website, registering for an event, completing an application, purchasing a service, or becoming a client, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
By participating in our services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
2. Our Philosophy
In Good Company exists to create opportunities for meaningful connection.
We offer coaching, introductions, community experiences, photography, and educational resources designed to help people build richer relationships—with themselves and with others.
We do not guarantee friendships, romantic relationships, engagements, marriages, business opportunities, or any other specific outcome.
Relationships involve uncertainty. Our role is to thoughtfully guide the process—not to promise the destination.
3. Community Expectations
We are committed to creating spaces where people feel safe, welcomed, and respected.
By participating in our community, you agree to:
Treat others with kindness and respect.
Communicate honestly.
Respect personal boundaries.
Honor the confidentiality of personal stories shared by others.
Take responsibility for your own behavior and decisions.
Follow applicable laws while participating in our services or events.
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against others.
Share another person's private information without their permission.
Use our community to sell products or services without prior written permission.
Misrepresent yourself or knowingly provide false information.
Engage in conduct that disrupts events or creates an unsafe environment.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation for behavior that is inconsistent with these expectations.
4. Coaching & Matchmaking
Our services are collaborative.
Your progress depends on many factors beyond our control, including your willingness to participate, communicate honestly, remain open to feedback, and engage with the process.
When applicable, introductions are based on professional judgment and the information available to us at the time.
We cannot guarantee compatibility, mutual interest, chemistry, or the success of any relationship.
You remain solely responsible for your personal decisions, communications, and interactions.
5. Events
Participation in our events is voluntary.
You assume responsibility for your own safety and belongings while attending.
If you choose to connect with other attendees outside of our events, those interactions are solely between you and the other participant.
6. Payments
Fees for coaching, memberships, matchmaking, photography, workshops, events, and other services are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, payments are non-refundable.
Payment plans remain the responsibility of the purchaser regardless of participation.
7. Confidentiality
Many of our services involve personal conversations and stories.
We treat your information with care and ask that every participant extend the same respect to others.
Information shared during coaching sessions, matchmaking, events, workshops, or community gatherings should remain confidential unless permission has been given by everyone involved.

8. Intellectual Property
All content created by In Good Company—including text, photographs, graphics, videos, educational materials, downloads, logos, and course content—is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or republish our materials without prior written permission.
You're welcome to share our work by linking directly to it and providing appropriate credit.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, In Good Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in our services, events, coaching, matchmaking, photography, memberships, or use of this website.
We do not perform criminal background checks on participants unless explicitly stated as part of a specific service.
You agree to exercise good judgment when meeting new people, including meeting in public places, informing trusted friends or family of your plans, and protecting your personal and financial information.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as our business evolves or applicable laws change.
When material changes are made, the updated version will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Ohio.
