In Good Company is re-humanizing modern dating.
The first phase of our mission requires you– we can’t be in Good Company alone. Winter 2026 is my time to build my rolodex of cool, connection-ready humans to 2000 people. Imagine stepping away from dating apps and all the relational weirdness that comes along with them and INTO a space where we actually teach humans best practices of how to approach the work of knowing and being known in ways that have the possibility to transform all your interactions into ones that offer connection. We want you to find your person, your people, and we want to help you do this with more grace, intentionality, fun, joy, and success. Listen, I’m not selling you anything, I’m here to sell you on better connections, and that starts with believing it’s possible by joining the rolodex.

Rachel Joy Barehl can be described in many ways — chief among them as someone who can spotlight a person’s best qualities. For her clients who are daters, she instills the clarity and confidence they need to put their best foot forward in relationships. For folks in her orbit, she creates and invites folks into spaces where each person can be their weird and wonderful selves. Rachel’s presence invites honesty, joy, and community. She is grounded and fiercely hopeful that dating can feel good again.
I picked up my first camera at 18 and have spent the last 18 years being a visual anthropologist and storyteller. I’ve spent my life photographing weddings, couples and families of every background, identity, culture, faith tradition, and relationship style. And here’s the truth I’ve always known: it’s not really about the photos — it’s about partnership, community, and the quiet, everyday ways people choose each other and see life through another’s eyes, better together.
That same understanding fuels my date coaching work. Whether I’m behind the camera or walking beside you through your dating journey, my job is unchanged: to see you clearly, honor what makes you unmistakably you, and support the kind of love that feels like home.
